Our facility is located in the Las Tiendas Village Shopping Center on Queen Creek and Alma School Road in Chandler. We are located right behind Applebee's and next to Sleep America in the northeast corner.
We are open seven days a week currently from 10 am to 8 am and no appointment is necessary for urgent care services.
